IMPORTANT: Please note that while this training program is broadly applicable across facilities, Title 29, Section 1910.1450 of the Code of Federal Regulations and Title 8, Section 5191 of the California Code of Regulations requirements mandate that it be customized to include facility specific information to ensure that your team is familiar with information pertinent to their day-to-day work. To receive a certificate of completion for this training, a minimum score of 80% on the final assessment is required. You may attempt the final assessment multiple times if needed. After each attempt, you will have the opportunity to review your responses and see the correct answers, allowing you to learn from any mistakes and improve your understanding of the material.
